WT Davis Jr. of West Point, MS faced significant foundation issues at his home, which was built on a crawlspace foundation. The front side of the house had noticeably sunk, causing doors to stick, exterior bricks to separate, and visible cracks to form in the corners of the interior walls. The damage was most severe in the study room, a bedroom and bathroom, and the dining area. Compounding the problem was a poorly executed crawlspace encapsulation by a previous contractor, along with evidence of severe soil cracking under the home. To stabilize the failing foundation, we recommended and quoted six heavy-duty foundation piers. Three of these required installation from within the crawlspace due to the presence of a brick porch obstructing exterior access. Additionally, we quoted four more piers to reinforce the storage room area—two of which required installation in concrete to ensure proper load transfer and lasting support. Each pier was strategically planned to correct settlement and prevent further structural damage. To address the front entry issue, we also quoted a precision PolyLevel® injection beneath the front steps, which had sunk approximately 3 inches from back to front. This high-density foam solution would lift and level the steps, restoring safe access and curb appeal. Mary P. noticed that the floors of her home were sinking in a certain part of her home. Frank had been frustrated by water coming through his basement floor for many years. He could never figure out exactly where it was coming from, and therefore, how to stop it.Finally, Frank had the good sense to call Redeemers Group for help! We tracked down the areas of water intrusion, and installed a lateral line to carry the water out of the basement. Then, we added a sump pump to collect the water, and keep it from flowing back into the basement, which would have caused foundation damage down the line. Finally, we sealed our install with fresh concrete.Frank continues to enjoy his nice, dry basement :) 

Gwen noticed some moisture coming through her walls. She replaced the drywall and thought she had the problem solved. But of course it leaked again, and she new she had more than a cosmetic problem. So she called Redeemers group! We are installed WaterGuard along the back wall and NE corner bedroom of the basement. We also placed a  sump pump just inside and behind the walk out door of the basement to absorb the water diverted by her water guard system.After our installation, Gwen was so happy with her water mitigation system, she ended up purchasing CareClub, so we could come by every year and give it a check up. Sean O. had noticed that the concrete surrounding his pool was unven and starting to crack. This was an extreme hazard for Sean and his family. After attempting to fix it himself, Sean gave Redeemers Group a call.  In order to fix this issue, the team at Redeemers Group lifted and leveled the exterior concrete. During the process we used the PolyLevel to even the concrete around the customer's pool. By using PolyLevel® we are able to lift concrete slabs to a level position with less weight and disruption than the legacy mud jacking or slab jacking process. We were more than happy to get this issue resolved for Sean and his family. They are now able to enjoy their pool without uneven and dangerous concrete. 

Kevin F., of Batesvile, MS, noticed that water was coming up out of the ground in the corner of his home’s crawlspace.  He decided to give the Redeemers Group a call before the moisture caused any further damage to the crawlspace or the home! We were more than happy to help, and sent one of our Design Specialists, Nick Roberson, to give Kevin a free inspection. After a thorough inspection was done, Nick proposed our Cleanspace Technology. The CleanSpace® Crawl Space Encapsulation System addresses each of the main threats to a crawl space: outside air, excess moisture, water, mold, and pests. Kiel, one of our skilled production team leads, headed out to Batesville to complete this encapsulation. Upon arrival and beginning the work, the team realized just how small this crawlspace actually was. As seen in the attached pictures, Kiel was laid completely flat, and there was barely enough room for his head!! The Redeemers also found out that the main beam of the house was literally a tree that had been installed!! Nevertheless, our team prevailed, and didn’t give up on this encapsulation. Through all of the crazy hurdles our team had to jump, we REDEFINED this clients experience to ensure that they won’t ever have to face a damp crawlspace from this point on!!
