Uneven Concrete in Batesville, MS
Sean O. had noticed that the concrete surrounding his pool was unven and starting to crack. This was an extreme hazard for Sean and his family. After attempting to fix it himself, Sean gave Redeemers Group a call.  In order to fix this issue, the team at Redeemers Group lifted and leveled the exterior concrete. During the process we used the PolyLevel to even the concrete around the customer's pool. By using PolyLevel® we are able to lift concrete slabs to a level position with less weight and disruption than the legacy mud jacking or slab jacking process. We were more than happy to get this issue resolved for Sean and his family. They are now able to enjoy their pool without uneven and dangerous concrete.
Tiny Crawlspace Encapsulation in Batesville. MS
Kevin F., of Batesvile, MS, noticed that water was coming up out of the ground in the corner of his home’s crawlspace.  He decided to give the Redeemers Group a call before the moisture caused any further damage to the crawlspace or the home! We were more than happy to help, and sent one of our Design Specialists, Nick Roberson, to give Kevin a free inspection. After a thorough inspection was done, Nick proposed our Cleanspace Technology. The CleanSpace® Crawl Space Encapsulation System addresses each of the main threats to a crawl space: outside air, excess moisture, water, mold, and pests. Kiel, one of our skilled production team leads, headed out to Batesville to complete this encapsulation. Upon arrival and beginning the work, the team realized just how small this crawlspace actually was. As seen in the attached pictures, Kiel was laid completely flat, and there was barely enough room for his head!! The Redeemers also found out that the main beam of the house was literally a tree that had been installed!! Nevertheless, our team prevailed, and didn’t give up on this encapsulation. Through all of the crazy hurdles our team had to jump, we REDEFINED this clients experience to ensure that they won’t ever have to face a damp crawlspace from this point on!!

Foundation Stabilized and Property Value Saved in Batesville, MS
Josh B. of Batesville, MS was having foundation problems. He was noticing sagging floors in the living room and the kitchen.  This isn't the family’s forever home. They would like to build their next home in the future, but they need to get full value for this home when they do make that move.  He wants to fix the issues in the crawl space before they get worse.  Josh called Redeemers Group. Foundation repair specialist Dante went out to Batesville to perform an inspection.  He did find settlement in the living room and in the kitchen, but upon inspection of the crawl space, he found that the wood in the entire crawl space was extremely wet. The lowest moisture reading was at 19.7%. The highest was over 30% and that was in the living room area. There are 2 main beams that run down the hallway. From the kitchen wall, the 4th joist in between the hallway main beams was completely rotted.  In the master bathroom right under the toilet, the wood is also rotted.  Dante was able to design a permanent solution for these problems and Josh was ready to get it done. Foundation settlement expert Shawn and crew were tasked with this repair.  Their first mission was to get rid of all the old and rotted wood and replace the joists.  The wood that could be salvaged was joined with new, strong wood.  After that, the crew installed our SmartJacks™ crawl space support jacks. This permanently stabilized Josh’s foundation.  Finally, the crew applied our LumberKote™ wood sealant to all the wood in the crawl space.  This keeps the wood dry and protected. Josh was happy with the install.  His home was now permanently stable and his crawl space protected. When it is finally time to sell, he knows that his foundation will not bring down the value of his property.
Sagging Floors in Batesville, AR
Frank W. had noticed that the foundation of his home was unstable. The crack on the outside of his home continued to grow. He hired other contractors over the years, but the foundation issue would not go away. Frank decided to give Redeemers Group a call to help with this issue. The first task that was completed was to install piers to support the foundation of the home. When soils are unable to bear the load of the structure on top of it, that structure must sink downwards into the ground. This is true with homes, concrete floors, chimneys, and many other structures. Piers can solve settlement problems by transferring a structure's weight to strong, competent supporting soils at greater depth. Piers can effectively stabilize a settling structure and can even provide jacking points to lift the structure upwards to its original, level position.
Dangerous Hole Forms Under a Concrete Driveway in Starkville MS
This homeowner was always a bit suspicious of the drainage channel installed right under his concrete driveway. Well, as the channel worked unchecked, the water from it leaked in and around his concrete driveway, which ultimately resulted in a HUGE hole, or as we call them, voids forming under his concrete driveway. Left alone, this hole would have ultimately lead to extreme sinking and cracking of his driveway which eventually would cause the driveway to collapse! This homeowner did the very smart thing and called Redeemers Group, a local concrete repair specialist in Starkville Mississippi. Because he called us soon enough, we were able to save his driveway by filling the voids formed by water, and sealing his concrete joints so that more water would not get under his slabs and lead to the same problem all over again. this homeowner saved thousands of dollars, not to mention extreme headaches, by getting his concrete repaired before it needed to be replaced!
Urgent Crawl Space Repair in Marks, MS
Kelsey C. of Marks, MS needed our help.  Her crawl space was in bad shape and she needed a solution.  She and her fiancé bought this house about a year ago, and want to live their life worry free in their home. They are getting married and want to have kids soon, and they don't want to start their family in a house that has structural problems. They want to make sure that the floor is in good condition, so Kelsey called Redeemers Group to see what could be done about the sagging and bouncy floors. Our crawl space specialist went out to Marks to inspect.  Upon investigation, it was discovered that the crawl space was in much worse shape than suspected.  Water and excess moisture had infiltrated the crawl space and destroyed some of the wood.  Mold, mildew, and rot caused major damage to the joists and subfloors.  We were able to propose a permanent solution to these crawl space problems.  Kelsey agreed with the proposal and the work was set. It was time for Eugene, our woodworking and crawl space expert to work his magic.  Eugene removed all the rotted and broken wood.  He replaced the old moldy joists with new ones and also replaced the damaged subfloors.  This strengthened the foundation and stabilized the homes floors.  Kelsey and her family could rest easy knowing that the wood under the home was now strong.  One step further would be to install our Bulletproof Encapsulation System.  This system includes our CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep water from infiltrating the walls of the crawl space, our SmartSump to rid the crawl space of any water that seeps in, our SaniDri dehumidifier to keep excess moisture out of the air in the crawl space, and our LumberKote wood sealant to protect the wood from future water damage.  This system also comes with a comprehensive warranty.  Call or click today for a free, no-obligation inspection!
Uneven Exterior Concrete in West Helena, AR
James and his family have a wonderful pool in their backyard. The pool deck slab on the right side of the pool steps settled away from the pool with lippage of over 1" with adjoining slab. There are three pool deck slabs settled away from the pool on north end of the pool, left of the pool step. However, he noticed that there were cracks and uneven concrete surrounding their pool. James called Redeemers Group and we were able to find the perfect solution. To resolve this issue, we installed the PolyLevel® system which uses high-density polyurethane expanding foam to raise settled concrete foundations and slabs. The state-of-the-art polymer injection is a fast-acting, affordable alternative to mudjacking and concrete slab replacement. Installers use specially-designed equipment to inject structural-grade polymer into penny-sized holes bored in the slab. After the void underneath the concrete slab is filled, the expanding foam will lift and level the slab. PolyLevel® is a quick-curing solution and the polymer is waterproof and will never wash away. James and his family are now able to enjoy their pool without any uneven concrete.
Unstable Foundation Issues at Home in Moro, AR
Mitchell V. was about to sell his home when he noticed cracks forming on the walls of the home. He knew that this was a sign of a foundation issue and that this would have to be resolved before he sold the house. He gave us a call and Redeemers Group was more than happy to help Mitchell. Foundation Settlement in Helena, AR
Bo M. had noticed that the foundation of his home was unstable. He tried to work on these issues on his own, but these solutions were only temporary. Redeemers Group was happy to help Bo secure his home’s foundation. In order to resolve this issue, Redeemers Group installed our push pier system. Once this was completed; Bo’s home was foundation problem free. We are thrilled that we could help Bo and his family.
