Uneven Exterior Concrete in Redfield, AR
Natrilla M. noticed that the exterrior concrete on her front porch was lifting from the foundation. She knew that this issue was not going to go away so she gave Redeemers Group a call and we were more than happy to help resolve this issue for her. To resolve this issue, we installed the PolyLevel® system and this uses high-density polyurethane expanding foam to raise settled concrete foundations and slabs. The state-of-the-art polymer injection is a fast-acting, affordable alternative to mudjacking and concrete slab replacement. Installers use specially-designed equipment to inject structural-grade polymer into penny-sized holes bored in the slab. After the void underneath the concrete slab is filled, the expanding foam will lift and level the slab. PolyLevel® is a quick-curing solution and the polymer is waterproof and will never wash away. Natrilla's front porch is completely stable thanks to this system.
Crawl Space Damage in Pine Bluff, AR
Rosemary B. of Pine Bluff, AR was having problems with her floors.  There were some spots that were bouncy, and she knew that floors were supposed to be sturdy, with no spring in them.  This is a definite symptom of foundation problems.  After searching the web, she discovered Redeemers Group.  She quickly booked a free inspection to try to get to the root of the problem. Spencer, one of our specialists, took the trip to Pine Bluff to inspect and diagnose the problem.  After inspecting Rosemary's crawl space, Spencer was quickly able to spot the issue.  Her joists were rotted, moldy, and broken.  This was caused by moisture.  Moisture and water infiltration is one of the worst things that can happen to a crawl space.  The first issue caused by moisture in mold.  Mold in the crawl space can quickly make it's way into the home and contaminate the air we breath.  This is potentially hazardous and can cause health issues.  Second, water and moisture causes wood to rot.  Homes are supported by wooden joists, and rotted wood quickly becomes broken wood.  This causes sagging and bouncing floors, malfunctioning doors and windows, as well as interior and exterior wall cracks.  Spencer was able to explain this to Rosemary and show her how Redeemers Group could permanently fix her foundation problems and the work was scheduled. Crawlspace and foundation expert Juan and his crew arrived in Pine Bluff ready to help Rosemary.  Their mission was to stabilize her home.  The first thing they needed to do was to replace the broken joists.  Then they installed our SmartJackTM system to lift and level the home back into proper position.  This also put an end to her bouncy floors.  Redeemers Group is glad to have had the opportunity to help Rosemary.  Her home is stabilized and she is excited that she no longer needs to worry about her foundation.  Remarkable experiences is what we strive to provide, and we are ready to give you the same care and quality. Water Intrusion Stopped in Pine Bluff, AR
Lois S. of Pine Bluff, AR had purchased her home this year and did some remodeling. After the work was complete, she noticed water coming in near the bay window of the home. She was concerned because she had just replaced the floors and did not want all that time, money, and effort to be ruined by water intrusion.  She called Redeemers group. Foundation repair specialist Spencer went out to Pine Bluff to inspect the home. Lois explained to Spencer that she thought it was coming in through the brick.  After a thorough inspection, Spencer was able to locate the intrusion point and design a permanent solution to the problem.  Spencer walked Lois through the repair process and showed her a video detailing how the solution would work.  She loved the idea, and the project was set. We installed our Ground Water Protection system along 18 feet of the homes exterior. We installed a sump pump, which will discharge the water out of the flower bed into the side yard, away from the foundation. This will ensure that any water that comes close to the home will enter the system and be expelled, protecting the home from future water damage. Lois was thrilled that her issues had been permanently remedied. She was relieved that all of her investment, including her new flooring, was now safe from the threat of water intrusion.

Walkway & Retaining Wall Repair in Hot Springs National Park, AR
Comprehensive Concrete Lifting and Crack Sealing to Prevent Future Damage Phillip R. of Hot Springs National Park, AR reached out to us with concerns about his lakeside walkway and retaining wall. The upper retaining wall, which sits directly on top of the concrete walkway, had developed significant cracks and noticeable settlement. Compounding the issue, the walkway itself rested atop a larger retaining wall—creating a multi-layered structure vulnerable to shifting and deterioration. Years of exposure to moisture and fluctuating ground conditions had caused widespread cracking, raising both aesthetic and safety concerns. To address these issues, we removed all deteriorated wooden joints and replaced them with durable NexusPro® joint sealant, designed to provide long-lasting flexibility and water resistance. We also identified two major concrete slabs that had settled unevenly and carefully lifted them to restore a level walking surface. Every visible crack throughout the structure was thoroughly sealed to prevent further water infiltration and future damage. Although we explained that lifting certain areas might prove challenging depending on subsurface conditions, the customer appreciated our transparent approach and elected to proceed with a full, 3-part Concrete Protection System. Safety was a top priority for Phillip, especially given the walkway’s proximity to the lake. We emphasized that when wet, the sloped concrete could pose a slipping hazard—potentially leading to dangerous falls into the water. By choosing a comprehensive repair, Phillip significantly reduced this risk while also enhancing the structural integrity and visual appeal of his property. If your retaining wall or walkway is showing signs of settlement or cracking, don’t wait—contact us today for a free inspection and expert concrete repair in Hot Springs National Park and surrounding areas.
