I am writing this note to let you know how much I appreciated the work Tory Day and Sam Smith did at my home. It was a real pleasure having them on my property. They were so professional and I feel they did an excellent job. After the work was completed you could definitely tell a difference in my kitchen and hall floor. If I have any other problems, I will definitely use Redeemers Group. I was most impressed with the young lady that answered the phone and set the work schedule up.

She was so nice and polite and most helpful regarding what I needed and who to contact. The person that answers the phone is one of the most important people a company can have. I have been in the business world sixty years and know how important that position is. The next person I would like to compliment is Ricardo Anguiano. I was so impressed with his business knowledge. He was so nice and polite and explained every little detail. You are very lucky to have a young man like Ricardo working for you. I was so sorry your company could not solve my problem. [Redeemers Group]solved a huge issue in our newly purchased home. The crawl space was dank and humid and this seeped into the home, creating an uncomfortable and unpleasant high humidity environment in the house. Redeemers came out, talked through the best solution for our home, and scheduled the service. When install came, they were super professional, hard working and on time. The finished product is outstanding and has lowered our in house humidity by almost 20%. Highly recommend this team and company!!!  

Did a great job explaining everything to me and was very accommodating to do a zoom meeting since I was states away. So friendly! Did a great job on the repair. Made ridiculously kind offer to shovel dirt from the backyard to the front to cover the foam if I could tell him where to get it. The fact that he was willing to go so far out of his way to do an exceptional job just blew me away! He did a great job communicating before he got there and after the repair was done. He sent me photos to make sure I was happy.

A lot of hard work but the guys did a great job. They also fixed some extra joist not found in original inspection. They were polite and easy to work with. They were ready to do work when I was. Nothing to complain about start to finish. I would not want their job. For 3 days they worked hard. WOW what a difference a redeemed basement makes. My A/C is much cooler and my sagging floors are level and no bounce. Basement is clean and the musty smell is gone. Expect to pay some money but the quality of materials and work is what you are getting. I expect my utilities to be lower too.

Everyone we spoke with was very professional from getting an appointment set up for an inspection to the actual crew that came out ! The whole experience was positive and everyone worked with us on our budget and scheduled the repairs around our work schedules. Mr. Cook and his crew were fantastic ! They did a great job and worked so hard all day ! Mr. Cook kept us up to speed with how things were going through out the day and the guys were very pleasant and friendly ! I felt very comfortable having them work in and around our home 

I want to give praise to the two fellas that did the work here Justin, Rubicel, and their supervisor Jed. The fellas did a very nice job. They were very cordial and polite. They pre-prepped and put down plastic walkways and plastic on everything and covered the doorways very thoroughly. They kept me apprised of what was going on and they cleaned up after themselves. They just did a really good, nice job! They hardly took any breaks, if they broke for lunch it was 20 minutes. They just kept on plowing, I don't know how they had the energy to do what they did. Good customer service needs to be rewarded! Oh and they completed my project earlier than predicted! 

Joe was very thorough with explaining everything and even came back a second time to explain and clarify. I called 3 or 4 other companies, while they did quote cheaper prices, I wasn't convinced their solutions were a long time solution and I wasn't sure if they all had warranties. I felt the amount of time Joe gave me was a level of attention that other companies hadn't given me. Justin and Jose did the work and did a good job! There was a little confusion on the scope of work being done but it got sorted out quickly.

Very accommodating (Phil Parimore). We feel very comfortable with everything that was suggested and with your company.
