The installation crew was dedicated and friendly.

Two men were sent to Jonesboro to place piers under our porch and I’ve never seen such hard working, polite individuals. They even worked until almost 8 one night and cleaned up the yard when they left. I highly recommend them!

While it did take a bit of time for people from Redeemers to fit me in, I was entirely pleased with the experience both times they came. Both times Redeemers people came to my home, they were pleasant, they worked intensely, and answered all of my questions. The specialist was reliable and seemed to know their system very well.  I trusted that Redeemers could handle my problem. Clean up was excellent.  It can be messy but the place was ready for new Sheetrock and tile.  Of course I would recommend such a great company, with people who seem to care about your situation, and who know what they are doing!

Dalton and Randy worked very well together as team to prepare my 44 year old pool deck for stabilization, crack filling, pressure cleaning, foam treatment, and surface sealing. I am completely satisfied with the work performed, especially take care to prevent one pool wall from blowing out during foam injections. 

Phillip was prompt and efficient and showed a real interest in our property and ongoing problems. His honesty was unusual and appreciated so much. We will definately add your company to our list of business that we will use in the future.

 Renea was very professional. I liked her explanation of the foam making its own footer as it raised the steps.

I was satisfied with Mike Rutter's presentation and Angel Malburg's handling of the account and communication. Also pleased with the Foreman Nathan Scroggins and his assistant in the professional manner they completed the installation and clean up.

I chose Redeemers Group because they are very professional and willing to work with us after original quote to get the project where we needed it to be. Philip and the crew, as well as Otha and his crew, did good work and kept us in the loop all the way.  

A few months ago, I had dug a hole beneath my foundation in pursuit of a plumbing issue I knew was near the edge of the foundation. In hindsight, I should have just busted up the concrete to expose the issue (which turned out to be a lot less of an issue than I'd imagined). Nevertheless, here was, with a hole beneath my house big enough for me to crawl inside, and I called Redeemers to get an opinion on refilling the hole in a manner that would restore integrity to the foundation and the earth beneath it. Mike came out and gave me his opinion, gratis. I don't know if he'd do that for everyone, but he was very cool and suggested a "pier." Ultimately, I decided to try a different tack, but he showed me how he'd do it and explained the benefits.I decided to go a different route that was a little more DIY friendly--I burned up the undisturbed earth surrounding the hole with mud-packed cinderblocks and filled the void with even more mud-packed cinderblocks to create complete displacement of any water. Nevertheless, I thought Mike was a cool guy and very friendly, and if my foundation cracks as a result of the way I went about it, I'll probably call Redeemers and ask for Mike.

Clint Cooper, I hope all is well with you and yours. I sat in one of your realtor continuing education presentations years ago. Since then, I've sent you a several new customers and will continue to do so. 

I couldn't hardly wait to call after my appointment to sing Charlie's praises! I am so happy and thankful for Charlie. I can't say enough good things about him. Y'all would be crazy to lose him on your team! He's a keeper!

The crews were AWESOME! The first crew Jet & Jed, explained and invited us to watch the whole pillars installation! That was freaking Amazing! The second crew Aaron, Venny, & Tristian also explained the Poly process and I was able to see the cracks actually close right before my eyes! That was also Freaking Amazing! When I tell you these guys knew their stuff, these guys knew their STUFF! All were VERY FRIENDLY and easy to talk to!
