Very professional company from phone call to schedule and evaluation to Alex who came and went over all the options to the guys who came and physically installed this encasement system. It just felt right.  I saw their post on Facebook and researched the company.  Finding that my repair needs would be met with a guarantee I contacted them.  Andrew West came to see my project and recommended solutions for the repair.  He printed a 'Project Summary'.  It included: • the job details • a drawing of the repair area, • a list of products that would be used, • the steps of the repair, • cost options, • their warranty and a • Customer Consent form.   My questions were answered, my comments were discussed and I wasn't rushed to make a decision.  I was pleased with every point of the consultation.  

Overall very pleased with the work that Philip, David, and their team did at our house. Had several areas were foundation was failing and they took care of it permanently. Good guys- honest. Would hire again....

We got a couple bids to fix our uneven sidewalk. Michael walked us through and gave a thorough explanation on how they would address the problem. He left behind a book about it, so I liked that I could further research it after the fact. The Redeemers Group option was very different. It was less invasive and less complicated, and we really liked that. The installation and clean up process was great. Appreciated David's communication and clean-up. I didn't have to do anything to clean up after them. We were very pleased. 

Bill Smith worked very hard to complete the project. We appreciate how courteous Bill was, and how concerned he was with getting everything done right.

We knew there was a moisture problem stemming from the crawl space, because there was mold on the underside of the flooring we pulled up during a remodel. We didn't want to admit we needed to address our crawl space so we just kind of ignored it. We paid the price when we installed brand new hardwood flooring throughout our downstairs. After a short period of time, we noticed rippling in the floors, and in one area, a board completely popped up. We caved and had Redeemers Group encapsulate the crawl space. Everyone that was at our house was repectful and polite; not what you'd typically expect. They did a really good job. They were there when they said they would be, and they finished when they said they would. Hard to get excited about your crawl space, but we know they did a good job and that we needed to do it. 

My wife originally saw an ad for Redeemers Group. We had spent thousands of dollars over the years on water issues in our basement and hadn't been able to solve them permanently. We would do one thing and it would last for a little while, but water would always find its way in. Our house sits at the bottom of a hill, and we get everyone else's runoff. We were pleased with our interactions with Michael, Clint, and the installation crew was hardworking and cooperative. On a scale of 1-10 (1 being no way and 10 being extremely likely,) I would rate them an 8 in terms of how likely I would recommend them to a friend. Clint is honest, Michael is honest, and overall I was pleased to have a permanent solution to our on-going problem. 

Mr. Pierce was extremely professional and courteous. His counsel was very helpful. We had confidence in his knowledge and expertise.

Joe Cook, did our poly level. Very happy with the service. He was very nice and arrived on time.

Renae was excellent and very pleasant to talk with.

Salesperson, Wes Cordell, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Honest about the problems but not salesy or pushy. Philip and Anthony did an excellent job with lifting the foundation. Appreciate the help during a very stressful time worrying about our house.

Great, they were professional, responsive, and even bumped up my appointment to knock it out immediately. If you get any of their services, make sure you reference me. Also, they have a 10% off coupon in the Memphis Clipper magazine or Valpak coupons.

They are very tightly booked. One guy out sick caused a day delay for us. Also had some communication issues with the office. Then a previously unknown repair caused more issues. Just plan on some time. They were super helpful in getting the job done over a weekend when we got into problems. Very fair pricing and excellent work. AND...the financing option they have is really good. We were selling so a 6mos 0SP finance option was perfect. Recommend to anyone in Germantown. They know the area and the owner lives in town.
