I am writing this note to let you know how much I appreciated the work Tory Day and Sam Smith did at my home. It was a real pleasure having them on my property. They were so professional and I feel they did an excellent job. After the work was completed you could definitely tell a difference in my kitchen and hall floor. If I have any other problems, I will definitely use Redeemers Group. I was most impressed with the young lady that answered the phone and set the work schedule up.

[Redeemers Group]solved a huge issue in our newly purchased home. The crawl space was dank and humid and this seeped into the home, creating an uncomfortable and unpleasant high humidity environment in the house. Redeemers came out, talked through the best solution for our home, and scheduled the service. When install came, they were super professional, hard working and on time. The finished product is outstanding and has lowered our in house humidity by almost 20%. Highly recommend this team and company!!!  

Did a great job explaining everything to me and was very accommodating to do a zoom meeting since I was states away. So friendly! Did a great job on the repair. Made ridiculously kind offer to shovel dirt from the backyard to the front to cover the foam if I could tell him where to get it. The fact that he was willing to go so far out of his way to do an exceptional job just blew me away! He did a great job communicating before he got there and after the repair was done. He sent me photos to make sure I was happy.

A lot of hard work but the guys did a great job. They also fixed some extra joist not found in original inspection. They were polite and easy to work with. They were ready to do work when I was. Nothing to complain about start to finish. I would not want their job. For 3 days they worked hard. WOW what a difference a redeemed basement makes. My A/C is much cooler and my sagging floors are level and no bounce. Basement is clean and the musty smell is gone. Expect to pay some money but the quality of materials and work is what you are getting. I expect my utilities to be lower too.

Everyone we spoke with was very professional from getting an appointment set up for an inspection to the actual crew that came out ! The whole experience was positive and everyone worked with us on our budget and scheduled the repairs around our work schedules. Mr. Cook and his crew were fantastic ! They did a great job and worked so hard all day ! Mr. Cook kept us up to speed with how things were going through out the day and the guys were very pleasant and friendly ! I felt very comfortable having them work in and around our home 

I want to give praise to the two fellas that did the work here Justin, Rubicel, and their supervisor Jed. The fellas did a very nice job. They were very cordial and polite. They pre-prepped and put down plastic walkways and plastic on everything and covered the doorways very thoroughly. They kept me apprised of what was going on and they cleaned up after themselves. They just did a really good, nice job! They hardly took any breaks, if they broke for lunch it was 20 minutes. They just kept on plowing, I don't know how they had the energy to do what they did. Good customer service needs to be rewarded! Oh and they completed my project earlier than predicted!

I left a message for the call representative, Angel, and she promptly returned my call in a timely manner. The service person Chris seemed to have been a very knowledgeable person and knew his job. He explained the work that was performed in such a manner that I could understand. He cleaned the outside grate, and he informed me that he had serviced the pump underneath the home.   

Prompt and professional service, the crew were very friendly and polite, they completed the work as contracted in less than 4 hours. We had 3 beams and 9 jacks installed. They were careful to protect our hardwood floors and cleaned after installation.

We live in a condominium complex with several sections of raised slabs in the sidewalks, 40+ And some were raised over a half inch. We had several serious trip/fall accidents. The repair team came right on time and amazed everyone with their speed, precision and professional demeanor. They sealed the joints after leveling and said goodbye. The whole operation was over in less than a day. They did great, and we have a 10 year Warranty !! I’d highly recommend them for anything in their range of services.

I received a postcard in the mail and after speaking with the salesperson Michael,  I was satisfied with the price and the job that was to be done. Jason Autry was the foreman and he and the other employee were very nice to deal with and finished the job in a reasonable time even with the heat wave we are having! I believe they have done an excellent job.

I just wanted you to know that Angel in your office is so delightful. She couldn't be more helpful. I am so happy that I am doing business with you.
