BobbiJo did a wonderful job of checking to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. Bo, Matt and Chad were wonderful. They interacted and did not make me feel like they were strangers in my home. They worked steady to accomplish the job as quickly as possible. Someone driving up to my home would never know they were here. They cleaned up everyday before they left. (I chose the company because...)I had a friend that used the company on his home. He recommended Redeemers as will I in the future for family and friends.

We chose Redeemers Group because of the sales person (Mike) and how he presented everything, options, etc. He spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood everything. The work crew headed by Jason was the best.

The team that did my job, Kyle and Chet Wellborn, were amazing. Easy to talk to and they explained the process as they went, and answered all my questions without hesitation. Extremely happy with the job they did and would highly recommend Redeemers Group to all!!

Honestly, after calling around 10 other companies and being told they would not even come and look at our house, I saw a commercial and gave it one last shot and was told yes!  Best random decision I have made!  Customer Care had open communication and were very pleasant and professional! Shawn, Colter and Omar were THE BEST!!  They left no signs of even being here!  These guys are amazing! They communicated every step of the way. These guys ROCK!!!!!!!!!  We can walk on our floor without feeling like it is going to cave in!!! Anytime I hear someone needing work done......I'll be sure and yell from the rooftops!

My group of guys were very informative, talked me through every step of the job. Could not have ask for a nicer group of guys. I’m very pleased with the job that was done. Very pleased with this company. They capitalize on their customers making sure they have proper understanding and satisfaction. They also inform and educate you on the process of what’s being done to your house. I’m thankful for them. Special thanks to Dellwyn, the guy cares about the customer. Easy and convenient. The installation crew was fast and efficient with their work. They also educate you on what’s being done and how the project process works.

These guys were great! Their water abatement process was extensive, involved, complex and pretty fantastic! They made a huge mess and cleaned it up! Seriously! Job done and new flooring will go right over everything installed by Redeemers. No one will know anything ever happened! Can't wait 'til it rains!!! Hey! One quick edit! I don't want you to think your guys didn't clean up! They did! Better than most of my own crews! We didn't have to clean up anything!

Charlie is a great dude with an awesome personality! I am 64 years old and have never made an investment that made me feel like it was a real success until I decided to allow Redeemers Group to work in my crawlspace. My technician was patient with me, and explained everything clear and direct. Charlie took pictures and worked hard. I am  extremely happy with his services and wish to receive a visit from him on each of my yearly maintenance visits. I am also looking forward to him getting numbers written up for some additional work that he's proposed!
