It just felt right. I saw their post on Facebook and researched the company. Finding that my repair needs would be met with a guarantee I contacted them. Andrew West came to see my project and recommended solutions for the repair. He printed a 'Project Summary'. It included:
• the job details
• a drawing of the repair area,
• a list of products that would be used,
• the steps of the repair,
• cost options,
• their warranty and a
• Customer Consent form.
My questions were answered, my comments were discussed
and I wasn't rushed to make a decision. I was pleased with every point of the consultation.
