 Everyone (Otha Jackson and Ray Boswell) was very good to work with -- from the guy writing up the deal to the men who did the work. He (Daniel Payne) did a great job of explaining how the process worked and why it would be good to do more than one area that needed lifting. I think they did a good job lifting the porch areas. The pool deck corner was harder and it would not level out well. But they filled the crack so it would not be a trip hazard. Our real estate agent mentioned the name and said it might be a good option for the sinking porch on a house we were selling. In a few months we will call you about a possible foundation repair for our own house. We just need to work through some other expenses right now.

A lot of other companies didn't want to do work or wanted money up front. I felt uncomfortable with that. They (Redeemers Group) were fantastic. The crew was really nice and did a good job. When he put a pier in the (foundation ) closet of my grandsons room and the door finally shut, he was really excited about that. Philip and David were great to work with. Our foundation was sinking on both sides of our house and with this being a nightmare situation they made it as smooth and easy as possible. The guy that came out and gave us an estimate Wes was so informative and put us at ease with all of the issues we were worrying about. I chose Redeemers Group over another company mainly due to the professionalism of the staff, and they’re real concerned for mine problem. Also, the warranty was better than the other company. Malachi and his crew were very professional, answered any questions I had, and we’re very pleasant to deal with.  

Both your service rep and the gentleman that came and did the work were very polite professional quick and efficient and explained everything.  System Design Specialist Always explained up front and he answered any and all questions My experience with the Installation Crew was a 10 out of 10. Love the fact did not have to remove carpet from whole house but rolled it back.

Professional and knowledgeable (Mike Rutter)Our concrete slabs were sinking due to water running underneath from our bus wash station. I literally saw your truck one day with the Ad and immediately called. I scheduled an evaluation appointment. We were sold on the product for two reasons: the product was guaranteed to withstand 6000 lbs/sq inch of weight and the product was backed with a five year 1/4 drop warranty. Both of which are very important when Coach buses will be driving over this area daily. It was completed in a couple of hours and vehicles could drive on it shortly after. The company was represented well (Joe Cook, Foreman) and the job was done that was promised and so far the product has held up excellently.  

I called this morning to get an inspection for foundation issues on a HUD purchase home.  I was so pleased with Courtney's customer service that I called back to let HR know how REMARKABLE her experience was!  Courtney was friendly, professional, customer focused, solution focused, and relate-able, surprising me with a WOW Customer Service Experience!
