Richard H. of Memphis, TN and his family have lived in this home for 30+ years. In 2016 they had a plumbing issue that required replacing. The sewer pipe that runs under the pool deck concrete was replaced. Sometime in 2018, they started noticing the concrete in this area starting to settle and pull away from the pool. They have spent a lot on this pool over the years and want to address the decking issues to prevent any future issues with the pool itself. The pool is surrounded with decorative stone that has also popped loose in several areas. We used our PolyLevel™ Concrete Injection system to stabilize the pool deck. We also applied NexusPro™ Joint Sealant to seal the joints and cracks, preventing future damage.
Joyce W. of Hickory Flat, MS was having crawl space problems. She and her husband built their home 30 years ago and it is their forever home. Water and excess moisture had done major damage to the wood in the crawlspace. We removed and replaced the rotted wood in the crawl space and installed a CleanSpaceTM Encapsulation system. This included our CleanSpaceTM liner, our SilverGloTM insulating panels, a SmartSumpTM to remove any water that may inter the crawl space, and a SaniDryTM Sedona dehumidifier for clean, dry air.
This homeowner made the smart choice to allow the experts at Redeemers Group to fully and properly seal and protect this crawl space by installing CleanSpace, SilverGlo, and Lumberkote. Check out this extraordinary transformation!
The front porch of this home was not only sinking in and becoming an eyesore, it was actually sinking in to the foundation's piers causing them to crack. The porch was lifted back to level in approximately 7 minutes. It not only took care of the eyesore, but relieved the stress being put on the home's foundation. A video of this project can be found on our YouTube channel. You can watch the porch come back to level as you watch.
Despite not having standing water, the moisture was high enough in this crawl space to cause the hardwood flooring on the first level of the home above the crawl space to ripple, buckle, and even pop out of place in some areas. A full encapsulation system was installed which included a sump pump and dehumidifer.
