Check out this crawl space encapsulation we completed for Brian and Cassandra M. of Millington, TN.  Brian's grandfather built this home in the 70's and passed it down to him.  It was important that they keep this family home in good shape. This homeowner had a moisture level of over 80%! This means that the water in the air was causing the wood under his home to start to rot away, and the wet ground was shifting the concrete portions of his foundation, resulting in sinking and bouncy floors!

Luckily, we were able to fix and stabilize the crawl space foundation, repairing and reversing the damage. By installing CleanSpace to encapsulate the crawl space, and a de-humidifier to reduce the moisture content of the air,  this customer could rest easy knowing moisture would be stopped at the source and could never hard his foundation again

This Nexus Pro injection was done on the outside edges of a pool in Piperton, TN. The pool was surrounded by masonry stone, which then had a small joint space before it met the concrete slabs of the patio. This joint space was previously filled with sub-par joint sealant (as seen in the "Before" shot). The homeowners asked the Redeemers to correct the previous joint sealant, to which we injected Nexus Pro, leaving their pool and patio flawless (as seen in the after shot)!!!  

Shane, Courtney, and Buford took on this PolyLEVEL job for a front walkway in Collierville, TN! The homeowner began to realize the front sidewalk and walkway leading to her house was not only settling but was also creating a trip hazard for her neighbors. The Redeemers were able to complete her project, leaving her sidewalk level once again, almost as if it was brand new!! As seen in the before pictures, the biggest settling came from the very first piece of concrete, which had settled at least an inch or two. The Redeemers were able to inject our Polylevel technology and raise the concrete slab back up to the original position! 

After Glenda P., of Collierville, TN, noticed a corner of her basement had deteriorating concrete due to water damage, she decided to call the Redeemers. We inspected her home and decided the next plan of action was to waterproof the basement corner and install a SumpPump to drain any further water that presents itself. Glenda can now rest easy knowing that her basement is protected from any further water damage!!
