This customer's property drops off sharply at the back of the lot, and a roughly 12 foot retaining wall runs the length of the back of the property. As you can see in the "before" photo, the entire wall was sharply leaning over. It would be a matter of time before it would give way. We installed our geo lock wall anchor system to secure the wall. The "after" picture shows significant straightening of the wall as an immediate result. With the way the geo-lock system works, over time, the wall will continue to straighten further as well as prevent further concerns of the wall toppling over.
Our piering team lifted and reinforced this lintel, thus ending the cracking. Afterward, they sealed it with nexus pro, to protect the repair and ensure the existing cracking was nearly impossible to see from the street!
This property was dealing with flooding in the offices and cracks were appearing on the interior and exterior walls of the building. The bricks showed signs of severe deterioration and needed to be fixed. (As shown in the before picture) To repair these issues, we installed Push Piers. (As shown in after picture) Piers help eliminate further settlement and provide an opportunity stabilize the home.
The City of Jonesboro needed help with some foundation settling in one of their public buildings. The Redeemers Group team was able to stabilize the foundation and make sure the building was structurally sound. This was accomplished by using a combination of Push Piers and PolyLevelTM.
When our customers have settlement isses with their homes, the we will always stabilize the home. That is our guarantee. Usually, while we cannot guarantee it, we can achieve lift back to level as seen in these photos which makes a huge cosmetic impact.
