Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Moisture Control in Elaine, AR

Carson M. of Elaine, AR and his wife have lived in their home for 7 years and had noticed cracking in the drywall over the last few years. They want their home stabilized before doing any repairs. The crawlspace floor is very cracked and dry but is near the river and it is evident that it gets extremely damp and wet during summer. Most of the joists were starting to pull away from the main beam. Stabilization of the whole home is the best option, but the moisture issue had to be addressed immediately.
