Melva R. of Crawfordsville, AR had a crawl space that was in bad shape.  Water and excess moisture had left the wood rotted and broken.  She called on us to help her and we sent crawl space specialist Marcus to inspect and design a permanent solution.  Noticing the interior wall cracks and bouncy floors, it didn't take Marcus long to understand the problem and propose a solution.  Melva agreed with the proposal and the work was set Crawl space expert Eugene and crew were tasked with this repair project.  They removed and replaced all the damaged wood.  They also installed our SmartJack crawl space support jacks system. These SmartJacks leveled the floors and permanently stabilized the foundation.  This means no bouncy floors or wall cracks.  As you can tell by the photos, Melva was very happy with the results!
