Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Disaster in West Memphis, AR

This church in West Memphis, AR needed our help. Water intrusion caused severe damage to the crawl space and the church suffered devastating consequences. The wood was moldy, rotting, and breaking.  As a result, the floors were sinking and separating from the walls.  We were able to save this foundation by replacing all the moldy, rotted, and broken joists.  We also replaced the subfloors throughout.  We applied our LumberKote wood sealant to all wood to protect it from future water damage. Finally, our SmartJacks crawl space support jacks were installed to permanently stabilize the foundation. This church can now get back to welcoming the citizens of West Memphis through it's doors.
