Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Major Crawl Space Repair in Weiner, AR

Alan S. of Weiner, AR had major problems in his crawl space.  Water intrusion and excess moisture had cause extensive damage to the wood. Mold, mildew, and rot had taken over.  This is Alan and his wife's forever home and they deal with all issues now so they don't have to worry about them in the future.  A quick glimpse of these photos will give you an idea of the damage under their home.  We replaced all the moldy, rotted, and broken wood in the crawl space.  We used our push piers to stabilize the outside perimeter of the home.  Inside, we used our SmarJacks system to permanently stabilize the floors.  Finally, we used LumberKote to seal all the wood under the home and protect it from future water damage.  Alan was thrilled with the results and we are thrilled to have had the opportunity to give him the remarkable experience that he, and all of our customers deserve.
