Pamela and Steve W. of Bay, AR called us with concerns about moisture in their crawl space.  They were worried that moisture was the cause of their uneven floors.  They were absolutely right.  A look into the crawl space revealed just how extensive the damage was.  Moisture had ravaged the wooden joists supporting their home as well as the subfloors.  Their home was not stable and borderline dangerous.  Luckily they called us and we sent crawl space expert Eugene and crew to address these problems. Eugene is and absolute wizard when it comes to woodworking and crawl space stabilization.  He and his crew tore out all the damaged wood in the crawl space.  This meant the entire joist system and subfloors.  They replaced the joists and stabilized them with our SmartJacks system.  This would unsure permanent stabilization.  Our LumberKote wood sealant was applied to all the joists, protecting them from moisture.  Finally, all the subfloors were replaced, leaving a brand new base for new flooring.  The house was permanently stabilized, the wood was protected, and the home was safe to live in.  Pamela and Steve were pleased with the results and we are glad to have helped them return their beautiful home to it's original glory!
