Crawl Space Moisture Damage in Little Rock, AR

Challenge
There was significant structural damage in this home, particularly concerning the main beams and moisture issues in the crawl space. Mold, decay, and termite damage have been discovered, which have compromised the integrity of the beams and joists, leading to concerns about the stability of her home.
Solution
For this project we will be replaced 22 ' of main Beam under the kitchen crossing three pillars. We also sistered the joists in the area as needed for added stability.
