Crawl Space Stabilized in Amory, MS

Austin and Laura S. of Amory, MS purchased this home just over a year ago with the intention of fixing it up and selling it. They were aware of a little bowing in the floor by the front door, but shortly after moving in they noticed the floor in the kitchen starting to settle. Not long after that, the floor in the hall in front of the bathroom starting to settle as well. We installed our SmartJacks™ support system to stabilize the sagging areas. They also applied our LumberKote™ wood sealant to all the joists and subfloors to protect them from future damage caused by moisture.
