Concrete Repair Photo Album: Concrete Lifted, Leveled, and Permanently Protected in Conway, AR

Angela C. of Conway, AR called about ongoing issues with a drop and void underneath her walkway and the corner of her driveway. After inspection, it was determined that the entire walkway had dropped over an inch on one side and settled on the other. Water was penetrating the walkway and corner of the driveway via a control joint and large amounts of water had caused soil erosion. A large void had formed underneath.  We used  Polylevel™ concrete injection to stabilize the concrete and fill the voids underneath to avoid complete failure. We also installed a downspout extension for the gutter, which was forcing water into the joints, causing the erosion.  Finally, we used NexusPro™ joint sealant to seal off all the control joints and cracks to prevent further water penetration and soil erosion underneath the slabs.
