Chuck S. of Hernando, MS needed help with his cracked concrete.  He was worried because the uneven and broken concrete around his home was affecting his property value.  He had settlement issues all around the home, including the pool deck.  He was tired of the eyesores, tripping hazards, and loss of curb appeal.  He knew it was time do get help.  Luckily, he found Redeemers Group. Concrete Specialist Matt went to Hernando to inspect Chuck's home.  He was thorough and methodical.  He determined that there was much settlement around the home and proposed a permanent solution.  Chuck agreed and the work was set.  It was now time for Tommy and Dalton, a couple of our concrete repair experts, to come in and start the project.  First, they lifted and leveled all the sunken concrete back into place with our PolyLevelTM system.  This remedied the trip hazards and leveled the uneven areas.  Then, they sealed all cracks and joint with our NexusProTM sealant.  This would deter water from penetrating beneath the concrete and causing future damage.  Chuck was pleased with the results and Redeemers Group is thankful that he trusted us with his home repairs.  This is another example of a remarkable experience delivered to our valued customers.
