The Appointment Center Representative called ahead to discuss the project and let me know what would occur during the appointment.  Then I had to reschedule due to a funeral and they were very accommodating to do so.  The System Design Specialist was very knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable with his plan to complete the work.

My experience with the Installation Crew was fabulous!  They communicated with me the day before to coordinate time of arrival.  Head guy was very knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns prior to starting the work.  They completed the work in a timely manner and answered all of my questions afterwards.  Very easy and fabulous process.  I am SO happy with how my front porch now looks with my concrete pad raised to the proper height.  Everything was cleaned up and looked so nice after the work was completed!

Redeemers Group was the only company who said they could do the work and raise my concrete front porch pad!  And they did a great job!!
