Concrete Leveling Photo Album: Trip Hazards Eliminated at Southaven Church Entryways with Concrete Lifting and Sealing Solutions
Eric H. of Southaven, MS reached out for assistance with a safety concern at his church involving uneven concrete at two key entryways. The church’s sidewalks, located on the East and West sides of the main building, each had a significant trip hazard that posed a liability risk for foot traffic. After a thorough on-site evaluation, we discussed repair options, and Eric agreed to take our proposal to his church committee for approval.
Our proposed solution involved using PolyLevel® to lift and level the uneven slabs, eliminating the trip hazards without the need for costly concrete replacement. To ensure a clean, uniform appearance across the front entry area, we also recommended applying a comprehensive three-part Concrete Protection System (CPS). The scope of work included both sidewalks identified in our detailed site drawing.
Each targeted sidewalk had one primary area of concern. Our plan specified lifting and leveling those sections and completing a full two-part CPS application. This approach offered a long-term, cost-effective fix while maintaining the aesthetics and safety of the church’s main entrances.
