Challenge

Floors that are not level can cause many issues within the home and make the space uncomfortable to live in. This particular customers was unfortunately dealing with this problem. A section of the home was dipping and unstable. Some on the floor tiles had lifted due to the settling of the home. In the images you can see areas of the floor that are uneven.

Uneven floors can be caused by many different issues; settling ground, rotten floor joists, crumbling foundation or even poor construction. Most times, an uneven floor can be leveled easily with more support. We often recommend the polyLEVEL system for leveling slab foundations and for this project it worked great.

Solution

The production team was able to stabalize the floors and get the home back to its original state. PolyLEVEL takes the concept of the mud-jacking system and combines it with today's modern knowledge and technology. This is one of the best options for uneven issues inside or outside the home.
