Challenge
This Condominium Complex had cracks and uneven concrete throughout the entire neighborhood. The Home Owner's Association of the complex was rightly concerned about trip hazards for the occupants. They had already had several serious fall accidents. They asked for Redeemers Group to come to take a look.
Solution
Redeemers Group performed an extensive and thorough inspection of the entire complex, and the System Design Specialist identified over 40 (!) areas where the concrete would need to be lifted, leveled, and sealed for the safety of the homeowners.
The HOA readily agreed to the project, which would consist of the installation of nearly 300 units of polylevel, almost 400 feet of joint sealant, and nearly 80 linear feet of crack repair!
The Poly Crew arrived bright and early on the day of installation and was able to complete all parts of the installation on that same day.
