Commercial Services Photo Album: Foundation Repair at Iconic Sun Studio in Memphis, TN

We recently had the pleasure to help local icon and national treasure Sun Studio.  The floor of the café was sinking. This is an area frequented by customers, so stabilizing the floor was an urgent need.   Our System Design Specialist Matt performed an inspection.  It was found that some of the joists holding up the floor were damaged, causing the floor to sag.  Matt quickly designed a permanent solution, and the work was scheduled.  Our crew was able to repair the broken joists by sistering them to a new, strong joist.  They also used our SmartJacks System to lift the floor back into place and permanently stabilize this structure.  The good folks at Sun Studio are very happy that their customers are as safe as ever.  We are grateful that such an iconic business chose us to help them with their repair needs, and to be able to provide the peace of mind of safety that they, and all our customers deserve.
