Tabernacle Methodist Church Crawl Space Restoration

Challenge

An unprotected crawl space can lead to devastating consequences.  Tabernacle Methodist Church is a 100-year-old church building.  Moisture, mold, and pests have destroyed most of the wood in the crawl space.  Rotted beams and joists have severely weakened the structure and created a dangerous environment.  

Solution

We were able to go in remove all the old and rotted wood.  We replaced it with new joists, beams, and sub-flooring.  We also installed our SmartJacks® crawl space support jacks to permanently stabilize the foundation.  The SmartJacks® System is superior to other solutions because of:
