Basement Waterproofing in Eads, TN
Challenge
Matt and Carrie B. of Eads, TN are remodeling their newly purchased home, but they had water issues in the basement. They needed to get the issues resolved before they move into the home. There was a water vapor problem in the basement that left a damp moldy odor. Water was penetrating the basement walls and collecting on the floor. They have already had an issue of the floors getting wet and needing to be replaced. They called Redeemers Group.
Solution
Basement waterproofing specialist Dante was able to inspect and design a permanent solution for these issues. Brian and crew installed our WaterGuard® System. This collects any water entering the basement through the walls and evacuates it away from the building. CleanSpace® vapor barrier was installed around the basement walls to keep any potential water off the basement floor. The water is directed outside through our IceGuard® System, which keeps the pipe from freezing in the winter.
