Anna B of Conway, AR has been concerned with cracks growing in the exterior brick and on interior walls. There is a large crack on the right-side exterior of residence and several large cracks on the left side of the residence in the brick. The rear of residence does not have significant cracks but there is severe washout on the back side that is contributing to the settlement of that side of the house. There is also a small void forming under the patio from water drainage issues. Water needs to be directed away from house as much as possible.
Anna also has numerous cracks on the framework of doors on the left side of the house and doors are not shutting on that side of residence. There is a large crack in laundry room area and cracks forming in tile in master bathroom.
Dell, or foundation settlement specialist, found significant settlement on left side of residence that is getting worse at the rear. There is also settlement on the right rear but not as significant. We were able to install a water mitigation system to stop the damage being caused by water. To properly stabilize this home, our push pier system is needed. We would install the piers around the perimeter of the home where the foundation settlement is occurring. This would provide permanent stabilization, and potentially lift the home back into place, closing the cracks.
