Pamela J. of Pine Bluff, AR was having some serious foundation settlement issues. Her concrete porch was sinking and pulling away from the house. She had another company come out to take a look last year, and they told her everything was fine. She noticed that it had begun to get worse. She called Redeemers Group.
Zac, one of our foundation specialists, went out to Pine Bluff to inspect the home a look. He discovered that her foundation was indeed settling, and it was much worse than she knew. He showed her a large crack on the side of her house that was also caused by the settling foundation. Luckily, Zac was able to design a permanent solution for her.
Foundation repair expert Chet was tasked with this project. He installed a combination of our push piers and helical piers around the home’s perimeter. These piers would support the home and ensure that no further settlement would occur. Chet also use our brick stitching technique to close the crack on the side of the house.
