BEFORE- floor separated from walls
Because of the broken floor joists below, the floor was sinking and separating
AFTER- floor joists replaced and house lifted to level
After the broken joists were replaced, the house was stabilized and lifted back to level. In the picture you can see the gap no longer exits post-lift.

The broken floor joists in the crawl space resulted in the interior wood flooring to begin to ripple and sink.
AFTER: floors back to level!
The broken floor joists in the crawl space resulted in the interior wood flooring to begin to ripple and sink. After replacing the floor joists, we stabilized the house and lifted it back to level. The interior wood floors went back to normal!
