Foundation settlement is a huge problem. It causes damage to the structure of the home, leading to cosmetic damage, which then leads to loss of curb appeal and property value. Just ask Thomas G. of Eads, TN. He noticed interior and exterior cracking in his walls. He knew that these were signs of serious settlement and that he had to remedy the problem. He wanted to maintain his homes property value so he could pass it down to his loved ones. He called Redeemers Group to help him.
Foundation specialist Jay went out to Eads to inspect the home and to design a permanent solution to the settlement issues. He educated Thomas and proposed a solution. Thomas agreed and the work was set. Foundation repair expert Tip was tasked with completing this project. He installed our Push Pier system along the house where the settlement was occurring. These piers are sunk deep into the ground until they reach point where they can no longer penetrate the soil and begin to carry the weight of the home. Then the home is attached to the piers with specialized brackets. The system is pressurized until the home is permanently stable, and in some cases, even lifted back into it's original position. Thomas was thrilled to have his home permanently stabilized and we at Redeemers Group are happy to have given his home the attention and care that our customers deserve.
