Clint visits WREC and iHeart REMS radio show!!
Clint Cooper, Redeemers Group owner, was featured on the WREC and iHeart REMS radio shows on August 25! The main topic of the show was “Building a Firm Foundation For Your Home, Your Mortgage, Your Life”. Clint was able to inform listeners of how to check for signs of a faulty foundation before it’s too late. He hit on a few key points.
- Foundation issues get worse over time.
- Rainy season and the affect it has structurally
- When the rainy season begins, the ground swells and foundation begins to settle. Signs of structural issues will begin to arise.
- Time to Address the Issue
- Some recent research says that, when people call Redeemers Group, only 36% ofthem have had the problem for a year or less. Another 36% have had the issue for 6-10 years, and the other 28% for more than 10 years. So, when people start noticing cracks in drywall or the brick on the exterior, they patch it for the time being and wait and see what happens. Clint discussed how the longer you wait to address the problem, the more time and cost it will take to address it, and the difference in what the results could be.
4. Stabilizing vs. Lifting

- Clint discussed how it is harder to get aesthetic results that are desired the longer it has been settling. Stabilization is always what Redeemers Group guarantees and lifting to level is a secondary “hope.” With the punctuation that there’s a better chance to lift to level if it is addressed in a timely manner.
This was such a fun opportunity for Clint to talk about everything Redeemers Group! Yet another chance to show our community how we are REDEFINING our industry!! Clint also said that we are without a doubt growing our team.
