Redefine 2: Recap

At the end of 2017, Redeemers Group held a company wide meeting to revisit our Purpose: Redefining Our Industry. The Redeemers Group family gathered together for breakfast and fellowship. The team learned more about the new purpose and what this means for our work.

 

 Our company’s leadership team presented many key elements of our Purpose:

-We believe a single action can spread to something more, creating a ripple effect.

-We believe experiences can be remarkable.

-We see a world where small businesses become pillars in their community.

 

 

Here at Redeemers Group, we feel that it is important to not only have a purpose, but to live it. We want to continue to serve our fantastic customers, but we must know how and why this is important.

 

“It is important to be reminded that we are a great team and what we really stand for. I really enjoyed myself this morning,” Latrecia Rucker stated. The team closed the meeting with an awards reception in which we highlighted some of our most improved employees.
