Redeemers Group brings Jamarr Stackens on as Service Manager to grow and develop service department.
Over the years, the company has been blessed to grow quickly and smartly. One reason behind that is that the company continues to raise the bar on the caliber of employees brought in from the outside. From industry experience to education and character, you name it…we are raising the bar. As all of the departments at Redeemers Group have grown tremendously over the years, one has remained small: Service. We are excited to bring Jamarr Stackens aboard to change that in the year 2017.
Our service department is responsible for Redeemers Group Care Club members, proactive maintenance, and reactive service visits. Jamarr is tasked with building a team that executes the company’s purpose: To redefine our industry. In his role, Jamarr will manage the Service Department, hire, train, and manage the Service Technicians, and ensure high quality standards for Redeemers Group customers. We are further excited about the experience he brings, having been in the service industry for many years.
As a company, it is important to us that customers don't feel like a transaction. Rather, that we are building long-term relationships. We want our customers to know we will be there for them if they have an issue. Our expectation is that customers will have a remarkable experience working with us, and part of that means building our Service infastructure to support them.
