Clint Cooper co-hosts WREC 600 AM on iHeart radio live with Jo Garner
Clint Cooper was featured on Real Estate Mortgage Shoppe Sat 1-7-17 on News Radio AM600 WREC , iheart Radio and the podcast on www.JoGarner.com.
Jo and Clint discussed a number of things related to fixing a home. Clint focused on common issues we are hearing about from people that are calling us including concerns about structural issues because of symptoms they are seeing. He also discussed cold floors and how to address them since that is a side item that home owners will typically be concerned about. Homes on a conventional foundation (crawl space) typically have cold downstairs floors, and our process of encapsulation helps to address that issue.

Jo and Clint then discussed that we are currently in the process of establishing a 2nd office in Little Rock. About 40% of our business right now is in the state of Arkansas, and this was a natural progression. Going back to talking about making customer experiences remarkable, we believe this is one step in accomplishing that for our Arkansas customers.
Before closing out the show, Clint and Jo talked about some upcoming Love Well Initiative projects that Redeemers Group is working on:
2/17/17: Redeemers Group is doing extensive pro-bono structural repair work for a home being rehabbed to become a Safe Families property.
3/4/17: the 2nd annual Love Well 5k & Festival to benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Memphis. Registration is now open for that event, and we are looking for participants and vendors. Lovewell5k.com!
