Redeemers Group rolls out CARE CLUB
Redeemers Group has rolled out CARECLUB for on-going service and maintenance for current customers. While we have always been running service appointments for current customers, CARECLUB creates an easy way for customers to not only retain the restored values of their homes, but to extended their product and services warranties as well.
It is important to us that customers are able to have the peace of mind that comes with knowing the systems that have been installed and properly maintained for life.
We believe in doing things the right way. While we have the best technicians install the best products available, every system needs a little upkeep. What our CARE CLUB technicians would be inspecting would vary depending on the system that was installed in the home. A list of those items specific to each or our service lines can be found here.
Not only to we stand behind our nationally-backed and fully transferable warranties, we are excited to now have a means to make them LIFETIME warranties as well.

FREE ANNUAL MANTENANCE
Our regular annual maintenance and inspection is free with your CARECLUB membership ($249/year value) to ensure your property is retaining the maximum benefits of the system. You will NEVER pay for replacement materials or parts.
Our service technician will perform a walk-around inspection of your property to ensure there are no new problems.
EMERGENCY SERVICE
Reduced pricing on urgent sevice calls ($99) vs. non-members ($149 + the cost of parts).
PRIORITY SCHEDULING
As a CARECLUB member, you receive priority scheduling for any maintenance, service, or future install appointments.
MEMBER REWARDS
Receive a members-only 3% discount on any future purchases at this address.*(PolyLEVEL is not included in CARECLUB.)
1st YEAR MEMBERSHIP FREE
The cost of the 1st year of CARECLUB will be discounted from new customer's installation total.
EXISTING CUSTOMERS:
We recognize that being a part of CARECLUB is a better option that our former service appointment option. For previous customers, we are offering the option to be grandfathered in to CARECLUB so long as service appointments have been kept since originally installtioning the system in the home. If previous customers have not, we will offer a regular service appointment to assess the state of the system, change out anything that is needed inclusing filters or batteries, and the technician will make a judgement call as to whether the system has been well maintained over the years to justify now offering a lifetime warranty on the system.
