FIX IT THE RIGHT WAY: PART 3. TRAINING
Above: Foundation Supportwork's, Justin Morrison, explains the most efficient way to get the PolyLEVEL gun prepared for use to Foreman Otha Jackson.
Our team is in a constant state of training. As the company continues to grow at an accelerated pace, learning and perfecting our craft is critical. While the content of training looks a little different for each department, each of our team members is trained to deliver an exceptional experience. That purpose is consistent among our entire team.
Our Inspectors (System Design Specialists), are thoroughly trained on a local and national level to become specialists in what they do. They are trained on an on-going basis to correctly identify, diagnose, and solve the issues you are experiencing.
Engineers: One of the beauties of being part of a national network of dealers is that, at the national level, there is a team of engineers that are charged and credited with creating and delivering permanent solutions for you.
Installers: Our installers (all crew members) are full-time employees that are continually trained on better ways to achieve permanent results. We do not hire part-time sub-contractors to install our systems.
Owner: Years of experience have made Clint Cooper an expert in the fields of mold prevention, settlement, and water incursion. In 2014, he authored Mold Prevention Science alongside Larry Janesky. Today, the book is used by hundreds of dealers in our network to communicate with their prospective customers about mold issues they may be experiencing. Other than the certifications, experience, and expertise needed to lead our team in providing permanent solutions, Clint also educates realtors as a state approved CE instructor. He teaches at Memphis Area Association of Realtors 11-12 times per year covering 4 different classes: Dry Basement Science, A Fungus Amongus, Foundation Repair Science, and Crawl Space Science.
Executive team: Charged with leading our team in both day-to-day operations and with marching towards the team's greater vision, the management team spends a good bit of time on both sides of the training table. On a day-to-day and week-to-week basis, the team is responsible for leading and coaching our team members. On the flip slide, our managers are in weekly (if not more often) contact with trainers at the national level through Foundation Supportworks and Basement Systems. The management team travels 3-5 times per year for training on various topics.
Appointment Center: Our office staff is trained on a weekly basis on how to best assist those calling our office looking for solutions. They know you aren't particularly excited about the possibility of needing a repair. They handle each call with care, making sure that before they schedule your inspection, that it does sound like something we can assist with.
