Meet the 2015 Award Winners

Redeemers Group hosted its 2015 Christmas party on 12/1 for roughly 50 employees and family members. 4 employees were recognized by the management team for their unique contributions in 2015. 

Top left: Phil Parimore, System Design Specialist

Phil was recognized with the 2015 Most Improved award. Phil will be the first to tell you that he doesn't always get everything right, but he has been a student of his role. He has worked tirelessly in 2015 to learn and grow in his role. He is a warrior for his customers and for the company.

Top right: Joe Cook, PolyLEVEL Foreman

Joe Cook was the 2015 HOPE award winner. The HOPE award is give to someone on the team that has a can-do attitude. It is for someone that appreciates that there will be bumps in the road, but he/she doesn't get discouraged when it happens. This person sets an example for the rest of the team in learning and navigating challenges with a positive attitude. As the PolyLEVEL division of the company continues to grow quickly, Joe Cook as led by example on how to learn on the grow! 

Bottom Left: Tinisha Harris, Bookkeeper and Appointment Center Representative

Tinisha was given the 2015 Rising Star award. The Rising Star is for someone who is eager to not only learn their own job requirements and perform at a high level, but also works to be able to do all of the peripheral tasks within the company. This person would be successful in whatever place they are in on the team. It is hard to imagine that Tinisha hasn't even celebrated her 1 year work anniversary with Redeemers Group, but the wake of her impact has been amazing. She started with the company last year as an Appointment Center Representative and quickly mastered her role. She has since become the bookkeeper for the company, a position that was newly created. She now spends time in both, and her contributions to the team are nothing short of incredible. 

Bottom right: Nolan Manson, Service Technician 

The GROW award is for a team member that has been an excellent student of their work; fully accomplishing the tasks required and with great proficiency. Nolan Manson is the GROW recipient of 2015. Nolan started on our team as a crew member and quickly showed his willingness to absorb as much as possible and grow into a new position. As a Service Technician, Nolan takes great care with his customers as is evident by the customer feedback that the company receives.
