New partnership formed with HopeWorks

HopeWorks is a 501(c)3 in Memphis that offers 13-week personal and career development classes, sources intership opportunities for its students, and focuses on job placement planning for soon-to-be program graduates. More about the history of how HopeWorks came to be can be found here. 

Redeemers Group is specifically partnering with HopeWorks as an employer offering internships to HopeWorks students. Students spend the first six weeks at HopeWorks learning how to become a good employee. The the student begins researching an industry that matches his or her talent. When a match is made, the HopeWorks staff begins the process of indentifying a specific company that will provide a student this brief experience. So far, Redeemers Group has benefitted from the partnership by having intern assist our project foreman. They provide an extra set of hands to our Foreman and crew members. Redeemers Group is thankful for the opportunity to locate interns as needed in various capacities for the company, and to let the students have exposure to an industry that they find interesting. Additionally, the company appreciates the opportunity to give back to the commnity in terms of helping those men and women who desire to help themselves.
