Memphis realtors earn 3 CE credits for "A Fungus Amongus"

The realtor CE season is wrapping up with our last week of teaching for the year at Memphis Area Association of Realtors. Today, Clint Cooper is teaching "A Fungus Amongus" to approximately 30 Memphis Area Assocation of Realtors members for 3 credit hours. This class is designed to equip realtors in idenifying potential mold problems- seen and unseen in their clients homes. They are better able to serve their buyers and sellers who are looking to expedite their transaction but have encountered mold issues. The group discussed identifying the seen and unseen problems of mold, a crash course on mold testing, understanding what is "safe" and not, and what to do to move the buying/selling transaction forward.
