Very professional, wonderful disposition, and I was so nervous through it all. I know I can wear anyone’s patience thin. I’m sure you usually don’t get to hear the good, so I wanted to be sure that you heard about my experiences with them. You just don’t find these situations to be handled like they did much any more.
