They were fantastic in building trust, showing previous results and the team who did the work was amazingly professional. It was the after the contract up to the work start date that cost them the fifth star. Could have handled this much better with personal communication and dealing with uncertainty prior to the work. :)
Wes and Angel were outstanding. There was a manager in between who could improve his customer focus.
Wes was patient, measured everything and did an excellent job of building trust and credibility.
Philip was amazing. His knowledge and expertise was outstanding. He found things that the previous owners had covered up and pointed them out to me. Very patience, great listener, and more importantly - is an expert at his profession.
Pretty good clean up yet, there was dust and pieces of stuff left behind. Yet, having to have the wood floors completely redone - no big deal.
I would give them a 10 except for the gap of contact between the contract signing and the start of work. Totally dropped the ball after the contract was signed. They expected the customer to contact them if questions came up. Duh! A major dollar investment means that after the contract is signed - there will be concerns. Questions needed to be answered and coordination of putting the house back in living condition after the foundation work. As a homeowner - I'm not a contractor, don't know any subcontractors, etc. Yet, there was major rebuilding of floors, walls and tile after the fact. They used a passive approach which was totally opposite of their amazing up front positioning and the actual quality of work for the repairs. They are still an excellent company for stabilizing your foundation yet need to learn the soft skills between the contract and start of work. :)
There were a couple different places our foundation was failing. They prioritized the failures...
