Basement & Garage repair in Etta, MS

Challenge

This Etta, MS residence was in need of waterproofing for their basement and garage. They also had some cracks located in the basement that needed to be fixed. The water was coming in from the outside and causing significant damage.  A lot of water damage occured in the garage; in the images you can see the water damage on the walls and floors. The main issue with the basement was that they had water seeping through the foundation. 

Solution

In order to raise the slab (which was causing the cracking), the production team used the PolyLEVEL System. They stabilized the slab floor and attempted to lift and level the floors. This method utilizes high-density polymers to raise slabs back to a desired level. With PolyLEVEL you have less holes, its lightweight, and environmentally friendly. It truly is a great option for slab repair. 

To protect the floors and walls from future water damage, they installed waterguard along the back wall of the basement and garage. They placed a SaniDry dehumidifier in the basement. This dehumidifier was the best choice for this customer based on their space and the problems they were having with moisture. It pumps out 100 pints of water per day while using the same energy as a 40 pint dehumidifier.
