Waterproofing in Eads, TN

Challenge

This customer was having issues with water leaking into the basement. Water was causing significant damage to the floor (as shown in image). The water was producing mold and damaging the existing Sheetrock. This basement was in need of waterproofing. Waterproofing helps reduce moisture in the interior of the home, which makes it much more comfortable to live in. Your basements is vulnerable to moisture seeping in, this is why it is important to keep them waterproofed and seal them off from moisture. 

Solution

In order to get the basement free of moister, the prodution team insatlled several of our waterproofing products. They installed a SuperSump pump system along with a cast iron pump. The pump systems are specially designed to pump the water out of the basement. A WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system and trench drain was installed. A trench drain is great to have in front of doors or stairs that lead outside. The drain catches any water that may enter from the outside. They also installed a LawnScape Outlet at the end of the discharge line. The LawnScape Outlet is a good option to go with. You are able to take off the cover so that any debris that has collected on the inside, you are now able to remove it.
