We were very pleased with the work. We did discover that this should have been checked on sooner. I would have thought that when the work was completed originally, the company would have set up a return time to check on the work after the usual amount of time to be sure no adjustments were needed. The supports were in great need of tightening. They should have been tightened much sooner. One was not even touching the beams any longer.

Almost 70 year old house. Pier and beam with brick on all four sides. Has some settling problems in sheet rock above most doors and windows. Not really worried about those. One corner of the house appears to have settled and there is a sizable crack in the brick facade. The room in that corner has a crack in the Sheetrock wall and crack runs into ceiling.
