Chelsea B. of Maumelle, AR reached out with serious concerns about trip hazards across her concrete driveway. Uneven slabs, deep cracks, and visible staining made the area not only an eyesore but also a danger zone—especially for their three-year-old son, who was unable to safely ride his bicycle. Understandably cautious and initially skeptical, the homeowners expressed concern over pricing expectations based on prior misinformation.
During the evaluation, we carefully reviewed the full scope of the issues: extensive surface pitting, unsightly staining, over 110 feet of cracking, and failed control joints. While the homeowners were originally hesitant—especially after being told similar work could be done DIY style—they came to understand the long-term value and durability our solution offered. We recommended PolyLevel® for precision lifting and leveling of the uneven concrete, paired with NexusPro™ to seal the extensive cracking and prevent water intrusion.
Ultimately, the couple chose to move forward with both solutions. The result was a safer, more visually appealing driveway that their son can now enjoy without worry. If you're dealing with sinking concrete, cracks, or safety hazards on your property, don’t wait—contact us today for a free, no-obligation assessment and see how PolyLevel® and NexusPro™ can restore your surfaces with lasting results.

Saundra N. of Maumelle, AR noticed interior cracking in their kitchen but preferred a non-invasive solution to address the issue. After learning about our advanced indoor PolyLevel™ system, they decided to move forward with this innovative approach. Our team carefully injected polyurethane foam beneath the tile kitchen floor, stabilizing the area without the need for extensive demolition. While we ensured that all drill holes were properly filled, the customer understood that the patching might not result in a perfect match, though in some cases, it blends seamlessly.
To further stabilize the home, we installed one pier on the corner of the garage, which was the only area showing exterior settlement. This pier was strategically placed to halt further movement rather than lift the structure. Additionally, we reinforced the rear section of the home—where significant sinking and shifting had occurred—by installing seven piers. To enhance long-term stability, we applied PolyLevel™ backfill, which not only filled potential voids from the slab adjustments but also acted as a safeguard against erosion around the piers.
Thanks to these precision-driven solutions, Saundra can now move forward with interior crack repairs, knowing their foundation is secure. If you're experiencing cracks, sinking, or foundation movement, don’t wait for the problem to worsen. Contact us today for a professional inspection and long-lasting stabilization solutions tailored to your home’s needs!
Ben K. had noticed cracked foundation and doors and windows that were not closing. Ben tried to search for solutions to this problem, but nothing seemed to work. Redeemers Group was more than happy to help him and his family.
To solve their foundation settlement issue, Redeemers Group installed slab piers and performed a lift procedure on the home. Piers can solve settlement problems by transferring a structure's weight to strong, competent supporting soils at greater depth. Piers can effectively stabilize a settling structure and can even provide jacking points to lift the structure upwards to its original, level position.
Now, Ben will be able to enjoy his home knowing that his foundation issues are repaired.
Caroline F. noticed the steps to her home were extremely uneven. She knew that this issue needed to be corrected and decided to give Redeemers Group a call.
In order to resolve this issue, we installed the PolyLeve®l system which uses high-density polyurethane expanding foam to raise settled concrete foundations and slabs. The state-of-the-art polymer injection is a fast-acting, affordable alternative to mudjacking and concrete slab replacement.
Installers use specially-designed equipment to inject structural-grade polymer into penny-sized holes bored in the slab. After the void underneath the concrete slab is filled, the expanding foam will lift and level the slab. PolyLevel® is a quick-curing solution and the polymer is waterproof and will never wash away.
We were able to lift and level the stairs and give resolve Caroline's issue.
