Barbara H. of Grenada MS. needed new floor joists and new subfloors in her home.  Moisture caused complete deterioration of her crawl space wood, leaving her home unstable. Before installing our SmartJacksTM System to stabilize Barbara's foundation, the old, rotted joists and subfloors needed to be replaced. 

Our woodworking expert Eugene was able to work his magic in this crawl space.  Not only did he replace the wood, he also protected the new wood with our LumberKoteTM System.  This made it possible to permanently stabilize her foundation.
