Thanks Leon!  I wanted to thank you for the positive experience!  I had been dreading the whole thing, worried about what all would be wrong and worried that we’d be taken advantage of by being told we needed a bunch of stuff that we really didn’t. The company you work for has really developed an excellent system for showing the customer exactly why they need the repairs that are suggested. Please pass along my gratitude to whomever came up with that idea and the videos.  The rest of my gratitude I want to express for you. You took the time to listen to me, and didn’t treat me like I had no idea what I was talking about. While I don’t know hardly anything about building homes, foundations, etc., I do know my home and the things going on with it, and I could tell that you understood that. It’s frustrating as a woman because men think we have no idea what we’re talking about, but you never made me feel that way.  Also, I could tell that you are very knowledgeable about this stuff, and I was very impressed when you didnt make your mind up instantly about what needed to be done and instead finished your inspection and found out the real issues. I loved that! It showed me that you weren’t there just to get in and get out, you really wanted to find the cause of our problems!  Also, the way you explained things even before the videos, was exemplary.
