Foundation Repair Photo Album: Fixing A Sinking Foundation in Greenville, MS

Pamela M. of Greenville, MS was having some severe foundation settlement problems.  Her situation is a perfect example of how devastating a sinking foundation can be if not addressed early.  We initially inspected this home in 2019, but some family difficulties arose, which paused the project.  Now, the situation has become dire. The cracks in the floor had become dangerous.  The interior or the home was crumbling under the stress of foundation failure. We were able to install our Push Piers system around her home.  These piers can not only lift and level the home, but they will provide permanent stabilization, eliminating the need for future repairs.  We also used our PolyLevel™ concrete injection system to fill the voids left beneath the foundation. This will prevent any further settlement issues due to the cracks that had formed.
